When my son and I picked up the car, the paperwork process was smooth and my son and I were treated with professionalism and courtesy by Paul Ditolla. When it came time to sign the financial papers, Nick Barile was a professional and a pleasure to deal with. When my son left the dealership, he "rang the bell" and the Lester Glenn staff were happy to applaud his purchase - a very nice moment for him. When I arrived and witnessed throughout my 6 hours there every time customer arrived at dealership which ever employee was by the front door they opened door and welcomed new customer to Lester Glen Great Engagement. Ryan opened door and welcomed myself brought to his desk and went and returned with Billy, qualified my buying needs and assured me this experience would be painless while bringing a hot cup of coffee in a glass mug (snowing and freezing cold outside). Billy was true to his words everyone loves a new car but I find the experience exhausting and aggravating but not this time thank you Lester Glen. Experience started with Katie welcoming over the phone, Billy setting customer at ease and would be there throughout ensuring everything went smoothly, Devin working with me after being in dealership for 6 hours and just ready to go home Devin explained in a professional, educated, non pressure options and advantages I needed to hear everything he said (purchased warranty). Now the best for last not the wonderful Equinox I purchased but the outstanding experience I had at Lester Gen Chevrolet from Ryan Bahrie. Throughout my career of training and having thousands of great people reporting to me you can always identify those special people that make your job easy by the person they are, interactions with your customer, their interaction with fellow employees, and the positive effect and results to your business. I sat down with Scott Nitche for the first time and thought he was very pleasant but we were unable to make a deal at the time. I then received several phone calls from Tori, Samantha and Katie who were very kind, friendly and convincing to come on in and make a deal with Scott. This brought me to come in a second time and meet with Scott and make a deal. He was so convincing, patient and sweet that I couldn’t walk out a second time. Plus him and my husband got along so well they made plans to go to a yankee game! Devon made the finance portion smooth, he was very good. All around my experience at Lester Glenn Chevy was great and I would highly recommend other customers to this dealership! More
