Associates were very rude for my service today to the point that I left. I still have four free oil changes and will not be back to even honor them. I'm sure buying a vehicle everyone has a nice smiley face and the food is great. After that it is the worst experience you will ever have at a dealership. I was told straight up that "things have changed!" I asked to talk to the manager and was told he wasn't in yet at 10:30AM. More
