Brought our car in at 4 p. m. on a Saturday evening with red warning light. Katie March, our Service person, took care of everything. I had a 9am appointment to replace a low beam headlight bulb. I arrived at 8:30 and explained to Katie that I had an appt and what it was for. She said it shouldn't take long because my Jeep would be taken bulb. I arrived at 8:30 and explained to Katie that I had an appt and what it was for. She said it shouldn't take long because my Jeep would be taken to the body shop to be fixed. At 11:10 I received a video from the mechanic telling me I needed some kind of system flush and a tune up. The message then said that a service technician would see me soon. I sat for 2 hours because you wanted to up charge me. Why make an appt if you're going to screw me over when I get there. FYI I had a tune up done 3 months ago!!!!! Cannot and will not recommend your service department. I will take my business somewhere else from now on. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. More
