I was totally impressed with the service organization. Everyone was helpful and for the first time ever I received a video of my vehicle inspection from the tech working on it. I also witnessed one of the Everyone was helpful and for the first time ever I received a video of my vehicle inspection from the tech working on it. I also witnessed one of the service advisors, Katie, inspect an elderly gentlemen's vehicle prior to delivery and noticed a tire needed air but she went further, and saw the fuel gauge was on empty, and that this customer probably was in need of help financially. Katie took twenty dollars out of her own pocket and asked a porter to put gas in the vehicle. Turns out Katie used a tip she received earlier in the day to pay for this customer's fuel. I have never seen anything like this before. I let the GM, JC know and he immediately went back to congratulate the team on their efforts. I also let the Chairman of Morgan Automotive Group know about this dealership's level of service. I will definitely be returning... and asking for Katie!!! More
