Sonya is the best! Me and my bestie met her in 2014 when we went in to purchase extended warranties and walked out with 2 new BMW convertibles. I am on my 5th BMW with her and my bestie is on her 3rd. We bought twin x5’s and boy did she make the experience so special. She had both of our cars covered with big red bows and a bottle of champagne! She truly cares and is always amazing. I will never purchase a BMW from anyone but her. Our genius Ryan was amazing too. He truly loves the BMW brand and what he does. He is patient and sooo knowledgeable. Katie Z also helped with orchestrating our amazing delivery experience. We can’t say enough about Sonya West and the team at Galleria BMW, they are both he best! More

This is NOT A PAID REVIEW …Word can’t explain How truly grateful I am… From my 1st call with Ave Williams who actually took the time to listen to me stating “ I know you do not have what I’ve been looking grateful I am… From my 1st call with Ave Williams who actually took the time to listen to me stating “ I know you do not have what I’ve been looking for” with a reply saying oh yes, we do let me get you over to Sonia.. the moment I spoke with Sonia I have which was August 14 I went on a rent without giving her time to speak explaining to her that I’ve been looking for this car since October 2024 I was overwhelmed and fed up with other dealerships not willing to help me they want me to just buy whatever they had on their lot after letting her know exactly what color I want what interior I want inside of the car and what type of car I wanted, she asked me to have a little faith in her and give her a little bit of time. At that point, I didn’t have the faith nor the patient I was ready to get a Mercedes-coupe ..Please keep in mind. This was August 14 August 18. She called me and told me she had my car literally four days later!! I honestly didn’t believe her until she sent me a picture. When I tell you I scream through the phone, I literally scream through the phone. That’s my car.!! She told me the car wouldn’t be in until Thursday. My car actually got there Tuesday 19th. After confirming that my car was ,it was time to make the deal ( Amy) with the magic numbers.. confirming that the numbers were exactly what I was asking for the deal was signed, sealed, and delivered!! Ty Amy❗️ From August 14 to August 21 seven days I was driving my new BMW…Sonia kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. She text me every hour on the hour during her working hours, we actually became friends and showed photos of each other so I guess your question is will I buy another car from Galleria BMW yes and I will only do business with Sonia… just wanna say thank you Galleria Bmw for everything!! Love at first inquiry! !! I inquired about a specific car online, momentarily I was contacted. Answered a few questions and was instantly paired with a sales person that to !! I inquired about a specific car online, momentarily I was contacted. Answered a few questions and was instantly paired with a sales person that took me seriously, which meant the world to me because of previous experiences. I scheduled a test drive appointment. Upon arrival, nothing but smiles and warm greetings. Katie Z and Ava were amazing. They made me feel like an old college friend. Not only did they deliver on the car I wanted, they also showered me with so much love. I was here just to leave with my dream car, but left with so much more. I will be tell the story of my first BMW for years to come. Thank you for making it worth the 3 hour drive to get my car. I would do it all over again… Ava is a young lady with an old soul and Katie Z is that forever cheerleader. They both embody southern hospitality. So if you are in the market for a car, do yourself a favor and ask for Ava or Katie Z. More
