Kats ownership of our sales process was fantastic, she helped us overcome issues with our trade in, navigate a finance deal and just be there for us when needed! The car (g63) could have been sold a dozen helped us overcome issues with our trade in, navigate a finance deal and just be there for us when needed! The car (g63) could have been sold a dozen times before we completed but she made sure MB Arcadia stood by their commitment. On pick up day she even picked us up and took us back to the dealership!!
