Kats ownership of our sales process was fantastic, she helped us overcome issues with our trade in, navigate a finance deal and just be there for us when needed! The car (g63) could have been sold a dozen helped us overcome issues with our trade in, navigate a finance deal and just be there for us when needed! The car (g63) could have been sold a dozen times before we completed but she made sure MB Arcadia stood by their commitment. On pick up day she even picked us up and took us back to the dealership!! Kat went above and beyond our expectations. She helped us with our lease termination even before we met for a new car sale. She also found us a better version of the car we were looking for at a time when th with our lease termination even before we met for a new car sale. Katrin was amazing! She sat with me for seven hours while we tried to figure out how I was going to buy my first car, and I ended up leaving with a car that same day! Kat is the best in the game! This is my second time leasing a car from her and she always makes the process seamless. I was shopping around other dealerships initially but Kat will always get me the be leasing a car from her and she always makes the process seamless. I was shopping around other dealerships initially but Kat will always get me the best price! She’s kind, considerate, and will work with your budget to get you the best car you can afford. Arcadia is a bit of a drive for me, but it doesn’t matter because kat always goes out of her way for us. More
