Improvement Katrina did a great job taking care of the car. The appointment time was taken care of earlier than anticipated and the car was finished before I a Katrina did a great job taking care of the car. She also put in the recommendations what would be coming up, and when asked to ensure that the price of the service was included, did. I don't know why but the car wash was effective and the car looked clean without water spots all over the windows as has happened every other time. The mark of a good business is being able to improve. Previous experiences have matched the appointment time, finish time, and next recommendations, but the car wash was much better than any of the previous times...kudos to you guys for making improvements. I don't know if someone different washed the car, but it is noticed, and appreciated. Have a happy 2020. More

I’ve been a coming here for 5 years and I’ve never had any problems until Katrina Munoz helped me out. She is the worst service advisor and is deceiving when it comes to pricing and I will never again have her help me for any kind of servicing for my camaro. I really hope she and upper management read this because what she did to me that day I serviced my camaro was completely wrong. I agreed to one simple price on the pamphlet she showed me and that was it. She never told me about any other extra stuff that she was going to add on and the pricing until after everything was done so I was forced to pay way more than what I expected. I told her that I wanted the $120 oil service package and it ended up being $463. How is that even possible???. Is that how business is done at Courtesy Chevrolet??? That’s terrible!!! I’m sure she’s done this to many more customers. I asked to speak with a manager but of course no manager was around at that time. She promised me that her Manager would call me the next day and until this day no one has called me back. It’s been almost one full week. What a disgrace. More
