Oil Change I called to make an appointment, and was connected with someone in the service center. I had a long conversation with the female that answered the ph I called to make an appointment, and was connected with someone in the service center. I had a long conversation with the female that answered the phone; she looked up my car history, as I have been getting my car serviced here for over 7 years, and confirmed that I didn't have any more oil changes left in the package that i had purchased. I was surprised by the drastic increase in price for the 3x oil change, and decided to forego the package and only purchase an single service. I made an appointment for the coming week; the woman asked if i wanted a text or email confirmation, which I agreed to the text, and successfully received. This phone exchange was very pleasant. When I arrived for my appointment (on time), I waited in my car for a staff member to come out (due to new precautions in place); i was asked if i had an appointment - which i replied yes. The staff member went inside, and called me from inside to inform me that i didn't have an appointment, and proceeded to argue with me and repeatedly tell me that i didn't have an appointment - that i must have called somewhere else, that it must not have been entered correctly, or maybe i made it for a different time - not only did this make me question if i was losing my mind, but never once was there an apology or ownership taken for any mistake on their end. They were able to accommodate me and complete my oil change, which i am appreciative of, but the fact that an apology was never extended, has left me feeling my loyalty and returning business is not appreciated. More

RIPPED OFF 1. the repair should have been covered under warranty. have you ever heard of a pad rusting solid to the disc, in a car that is regularly driven? I felt like they should have gone to bat for me, and they were like hey that's your problem, tough luck. 2. they didn't suggest an obvious fix, which would have been less than half the cost. now that i have the parts back, i can see a better option would have been to polish the disc and replace pads. i should have picked up the car, and taken it elsewhere. i bought the car there. i was hoping to be treated better. i am contacting the service manager. i know folks at the Camaro plant, at Brembo. i am hoping to get traction, but I should be able to get the dealer to go to bat for me. Like they do at Carmax. My BMW 650 blew an engine. At first BWM said no coverage. But with the help of Carmax dealer, eventually BMW covered it, a $15k work order. More

Nothing but problems Absolutely worst experience. DO NOT buy a car from here. I bought a 2017 Chevy volt, worst car buying decision I have ever made. Nothing but problems and the worst part is they have accountability. In less than 6 months my center screen died. They tried to charge me to diagnose it and then tried to charge me to replace it when they determined it needed to be. I successfully argued with the manager and finally they agreed to replace it. Now, a year later, the screen is dead again, and they offer no warranty on new parts. And now they want me to pay a diagnostic charge to look at it!!! I still have a clicking noise in my car that they looked at over 5 times and 3 of those times assured they fixed it but the problem still persists. Then they told me that it was not actually an issue and must be "some change in the cupholder or something." They gave me a huge truck as a loaner which cost me over $60 in gas (myvolt gets 70mpg), they never paid me for. Finally, I asked if I could swap the car with a comparable model. They brought me to the sales department and tried to give me significantly less than I paid trade in value and then wanted me to pay the difference for an almost identical volt, with 3k less miles but with damaged rims. Again, save yourself the trouble. More
