Unbelievable experience!! Went to Valley Honda to compare vehicles and prices since they were a larger dealership in the area and a little closer to where I was staying. I did not expect my experience to be truly amazing. Out the bat Francis was able to provide countless amounts of information about the vehicles I was considering. Francis and the entire team ensured every time I visited to provide me with something to drink and they also ensured to keep the entire process calm and not rushed. At no time did I feel pressured while I was in the dealership. My second visit while I was waiting to speak with Francis (It was a Saturday and he was working with another individual. Total wait time approx. 10 min) the owner of the dealership came up to me and thanked me for visiting the dealership personally and chatted with me for a few minutes. I did not anticipate purchasing a vehicle from the dealership when I went in but I am so glad that I did. When I purchased the vehicle they also gave me a massive coupon book for their service department (Approx. $500 worth and comes with every vehicle to my knowledge). Side Notes: Their service department is truly amazing along with their porters who cleaned my vehicle prior to delivery. This dealership I would give an A++++ rating and would recommend everyone to consider this dealership for purchasing their new vehicle and PLEASE do yourself a favor and work with Francis LeBeau (Sales Team Member) and Katy Meyer (Sales Manager). More

We did not know if we wanted to buy or lease and if we wanted a Civic or the CRV. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and made to feel comfortable. We explained our circumstances and was introduced to Mr. Kevin Hanna. He showed us both cars and explained in detail each one. He also took the time to explain the difference between leasing and buying as it pertained to us. We kept going back and forth and Kevin was very patient and understanding. We finally decided we wanted to lease the CRV and we took it for a test drive. He again explained the CRV as we were driving. He showed us the service department, quick lube department, and the wash bay. After the sale was done he set our CRV up and went thru all the equipment so we knew where it was and how to operate it. So much time was spent on us and making sure we were comfortable and happy and getting what we wanted and needed. Valley Honda, Kevin Hanna, and the entire staff there are the best. Customers for life !!!!! Thanks again !!!!! This was the absolute best car buying experience we have ever had. More

Great purchase experience I have been dealing with Katy Meyer for a couple of years. She kept in touch occasionally to keep me up to date on information on the models in which I have been dealing with Katy Meyer for a couple of years. She kept in touch occasionally to keep me up to date on information on the models in which I was interested, without pushing. She knew I would eventually buy another Honda. When it was time to surrender my almost 17 year old Odyssey, Katy was very professional and helped me get the car that was right for me. She was very low key, not pushy at all, which is valuable to me when making a large purchase. It was an easy transaction, and Katy helped make it that way. My only complaint is that Honda does not supply a hard copy user manual...come on, Honda!! Really?? I had to order one, which they say will take 5 weeks to print and send to me. A bit ridiculous when you spend so much money on a car!! More
