We live about 50 minutes away and there are plenty of closer Honda dealerships to us, but our experience in the past with the service department and also the great reviews for purchasing a car, made us all the more reason to go to Valley Honda. We met and worked with Jeremy and Katy to order our new Odyssey. Jeremy and Katy were very attentive and a pleasure to work with over the phone and over e-mail. The evaluation of our trade-in was seamless and the communication back and forth before the delivery date was excellent. Since Jeremy was out of the office when our new van arrived, we were fortunate to have Kevin guide us through the final process. Everything from signing the final paperwork, all the way down to going over each and every detail of the new Odyssey. We left Valley Honda knowing that if we had any issues or questions arise, we could easily call Kevin and he would help us. Kevin even called the next morning to see if everything was going well and if we needed anything. What a joy it was to work with all three of them. Such a positive experience all around. We will definitely be sending our friends and family to Valley Honda if they are in the market for a new Honda. More

Billy was not at all pushy with the add on items but very knowledgeable and informative. It was a unique situation because I was downgrading my 2014 oddessy to a 2012 to save money. Billy, and everyone else involved in my deal, Cesar, James and Mario were all sensitive to the situation and made it happen. I couldn't be happier with my deal and my new "old" van!! If I were ever to it but another Honda which I plan to for my daughter I will definitely go back to Valley and request the same team! Thank you all so much!
