Katy Wardell is an amazing sales rep - honest, hard-working, and friendly. She was working very hard on a Friday in a snow storm and didn't give me the run around on anything. Phil Long's pricing hard-working, and friendly. She was working very hard on a Friday in a snow storm and didn't give me the run around on anything. Phil Long's pricing was better than anywhere else for a used Tesla. I don't know about the other sales reps, but I recommend asking for Katy if you want to buy from Phil Long Hyundai. Only docked a star because the person having me sign docs wasn't enunciating well and wasn't very friendly. Luckily, the overall experience was great because of Katy! More
