Consistent care and commitment to customers! This is my second car purchased from this dealership and I have had nothing but great service since first becoming a customer in 2018. Every 5000 mile This is my second car purchased from this dealership and I have had nothing but great service since first becoming a customer in 2018. Every 5000 miles my car (Kia Optima SXT) is due for maintenance and an oil change to ensure the car continues to run optimally. I received notice as expected and am able to schedule the service appointment when it is convenient for me. I usually wait in the lobby while they go over the car and the oil change and the check up only took about 30 minutes from the time I entered the door to the time they hand me my keys back. They are up front and open about what is needed with the car and usually offer a fair price if anything needs taken care of immediately, although I have not needed anything besides the required oil change they are thorough with thier inspection and transparent about what needs fixed right away. They even wash my car free of charge every time I take it in for its check up. I plan on staying at this KIA dealership as my primary center for service and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable yet sleek car or SUV if you are in the market for one-I absolutely love my Optima and get compliments everywhere I go (this is a kia???). More
