Heritage Honda Parkville is ahead of the game with customer service. I had such a wonderful experience here. I knew that I wanted to do business with them before I even got there. I live almost an hou customer service. I had such a wonderful experience here. I knew that I wanted to do business with them before I even got there. I live almost an hour away and my car had died a few days before. I was interested in purchasing a car but they didn’t know whether I would or not. They said we’ll send someone to come and get you. First thing the next morning my ride was outside my door. Keane was very accommodating and pleasant. He walked me in and handed me off to Erin without a wait. She greeted me with a smile and took me out to test drive the car I was interested in. She was very informative and asked all the right questions. She didn’t try to sell me. She simply informed me about the car and its benefits. I decided I wanted to buy. Erin handed me off to Mike in Financing. She helped me explain to Mike what my personal needs were and together we came away with a deal that is still keeping a smile on my face. Erin put the temporary tags on and away I drove with a car that I love. I would recommend these guys to anyone and as a matter of fact, I already have. Update: As of April 28th, I still do not have my registration to transfer my tags. They mailed it to an out of state address. They do not respond to voicemails, emails, texts, or Honda Corporate inq registration to transfer my tags. They mailed it to an out of state address. They do not respond to voicemails, emails, texts, or Honda Corporate inquiries. They incurred toll charges to my name to deliver the vehicle and refuse to compensate us. They had an IOU for my dash cam and install but they cut the dashcam cables. They couldn't do the install so we had to buy a new cam and get it installed at Best Buy. I had a manager mute himself mid-call claiming an IT issue and they would call me back. They never did. The sales rep ended up being very curt and rude to both me and my husband when we requested updates/ coordination. Literally the worst car buying experience I've ever had and now I'm rethinking Honda in general. Save your time and emotions, go to another dealer. These guys are NOT it. 🥲 Original Review: Heritage was accommodating, informative, and helped us find the right combination that worked best for us! They helped us work out an amazing deal and everyone was kind, courteous, flexible, and patient. Highly recommend for a simple and easy process- especially for Active Duty service members titling a vehicle in another state. We appreciate you! More
