Kia has yet to give resolve about my brand new vehicle that I purchased. They have had my car in the service department for a month now. The easiest solution would have been to just put me into a new car that I purchased. They have had my car in the service department for a month now. The easiest solution would have been to just put me into a new car or buyback the car so that I could receive my down payment back, but no resolve on that end either. The communication from “leadership” is also very subpar. I’m highly disappointed in this dealership. I will NEVER be retuning here again. More
