The initial experience was good. Then the check engine light came on, made the appointment and told him that's what I was coming for and was rudely turned away and told that they would not look at my car. If I could return the car and get my money back, I would It's been a horrible experience post purchase. I just know the next car that I get will not be from here. It felt like oh y'all were all nice because I was buying the car and now that I've gotten in the car okay, who are you and that's not my problem. Also, we asked the Financial person that was helping us finalize the purchase to make sure that it was at the 6% interest rate promised it was signed everything and now that we're looking over everything it is not at 6% 7% interest rate that's a horrible feeling to know once again feels like a bait and switch. More
