We had a horrible experience with picking up our SX Telluride that we had ordered from Ferguson back in August. There was a tear in the leather stitching of a passenger seat. The detail package that was done was not done properly, and someone forgot to give us our FLOOR MATS. This was nothing like our previous experience with Kia that we had with another Kia Dealer. They are planning to repair the seat, but this should never have happened. A serious lack of attention to details. I hope they make this right. More
