John Reynolds was great and easy going, he made the car buying experience more enjoyable. John also helped provided an overview of financing options/rates, clearly explained the process. John Reynolds got stuff done, he took care of some minor things with the vehicle quickly. He made the first portion of our experience at Ferguson excellent. I would absolutely seek John Reynolds out for a future purchase and Dozer still owes me a cupcake. The second portion of the buying experience with Keegan was torture. I don't know how much Keegan is required to do as part of his position, but we were forced to listen to warranty/add-on offers that we told them upfront we were not interested in. Keegan was friendly/polite, but our experience was incredibly annoying and a waste of time. In addition, the financing requirements included a seemingly unrelated document with no mention of the lender institution, and Keegan could/did not provide any documentation or passage with in the contract mentioning the form as a requirement for lending. Overall the process did take a long time, but this may have been partial due to the volume on that day. When I purchase my next vehicle, I will consider Ferguson and seek out John. However, before I buy, I would weigh how much time I have and whether I want to sit with someone from "financing" again (it was more like warrant and add-on sales). I got all the financing information I needed while with John and from another lady (sorry forgot her name, but she was getting the rates from the financial institutes, she was very polite and straight-forward). While the one question about the financial agreement, Keegan could/did not answer. The emails from Jaycie Taylor (before and after our purchase) were also annoying, she emailed us after our purchase at Ferguson to asking if we were still looking. More
