I have never had a car buying experience like I just experienced at Ferguson Superstore in Broken Arrow. It was actually enjoyable. I won't share all of their customer care secrets bc I want you to feel experienced at Ferguson Superstore in Broken Arrow. It was actually enjoyable. I won't share all of their customer care secrets bc I want you to feel pleasantly surprised as I was. Let's just say it was clear they care about being great and figured out that if 1 was tended to well, that person would tell others. Well thats exactly what I'm going to do. I'm 9.5 almost 10 hours away and it's a given that my next vehicle will be from there. Dont get me wrong, they’re the busiest dealership I've come across, but they manage it so well you wont feel neglected (and i called at least 2 times every hour 😄). Ariana, Stephanie, and Joy thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Galen, thanks for working to get me where I need to be and helping me get out of a horrible experience unscathed. Brandon, thanks for taking your time and explaining all the opportunities Ferguson and GM had to offer and helping me save $300 here, $500 there, $50...etc. It all adds up. Darren, I don't know how you managed to not have an ounce of frustration on our calls bc I know I asked you thousands of the same questions over and over again. You became my therapist as I complained about the horrible experience I had at that dealership in Rome, GA and never cut me off (you could've sold 3 more cars in that timeframe😂), On your way home you'd call to recap, on your day off you came to deal with things that honestly could've waited. You are destined to be successful with that type of work ethic. I hope Ferguson holds on to you and I find you in management for my next vehicle purchase. Ok I'm ending this. Any and every person who reads this, give Ferguson Superstore Buick GMC a chance to earn your business. Ask for the ppl I mentioned bc I witnessed their greatness firsthand.
