Very positive - service appt easy to schedule Appointment was on time as scheduled and the car was ready on time as promised. Also enjoyed the video inspection that the technician provided. And Appointment was on time as scheduled and the car was ready on time as promised. Also enjoyed the video inspection that the technician provided. And was able to use a loaner can so didn't have to wait around for the service to be completed. This was greatly appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience. More

Very involved with the customers from beginning to end. A dealership that has follow through and staff integrity. All employees have wonderful interaction. Every time I visit Patrick Mazda I am greeted with a warm hello and efficiency. I also love the video sent by the technician as he goes through my car from bumper to bumper. They have an online scheduler I used for my service appointment. During CV pandemic they have a concierge service - they collected my car from my driveway and returned it fully serviced and inspected. appointment. They even washed it for me. It was a 5 gold stars service. More
