Shopping and making a decision to purchase a used car can be very stressful. You need to find a car having the best options for safety and comfort within your affordability. And most of us have probably ex be very stressful. You need to find a car having the best options for safety and comfort within your affordability. And most of us have probably experienced some of the car dealer tactics with their over the top sales pitches and the back and forth with the managers. Once, many years ago with my last used car purchase, I had the fortunate luck of working with a salesman at a car dealer in NYC who was one of the best. Unfortunately, that dealer is no longer in business and I thought that I would never have that great experience again. However, at Paul Conte Cadillac I was lucky again when meeting Keith Bobrick. He is the sales and leasing professional. He was very professional and easy going friendly guy, not what you would expect from a car salesman. I spotted a non-Cadillac car on their lot and stopped in for information. It is totally understandable that you can’t expect a Cadillac salesman to know everything need to know about a used car that was not manufactured by GM or of a Cadillac model. But Keith did do his best to explain to me what he knew about the car and the safety features and options included. He also said that he would look into anything I questioned that he may not know the answers. I felt very comfortable with Keith because he did not pressure me or cause any stress. Once making the final offer and accepting the deal, Keith said he would be able to obtain my replacement Title of my trade-in from DMV (The Title I had was to the original lien holder which had already matured and needed to be reissued in my name) and take care of the Insurance transfer. Since it was late on a Sunday, I needed to complete the sale the following day and therefore was scheduled to be at the dealer by 1PM. Keith did not start his work hours until Noon on that Monday, however from early morning hours (not his normal hours) he was texting me with questions and provided updated status for when the car will be ready. He did everything as promised by obtaining the reissues Title and have my insurance transferred. My Insurance company called me to confirm as Keith was on hold with them. When I pulled into the Paul Conte Cadillac, Keith was already outside by the car getting the license plate covers ready to do the switch. Keith made this entire purchase virtually stress-free for me. Even with an “IOU’ for something agreed upon was followed up timely after the sale. Without a doubt, I have no issues recommending Keith to anyone looking to purchase a car be it used or new. There are some honest car salesmen out there, but you just need to find one, and I did with Keith. Thank you Keith for this positive experience. More
