The Lexus of Melbourne team is fantastic. I had done a lot of research on cars going in to the dealership and knew what year, make, and model I wanted. I had an appointment that was scheduled at 5:30pm b lot of research on cars going in to the dealership and knew what year, make, and model I wanted. I had an appointment that was scheduled at 5:30pm but I came in at 1pm and they were very accommodating and I was taken care of immediately by another representative handed off from Michael Green to Keith Croft. Keith was able to show me all the models they had on the lot, and was very patient and professional with me.
