Dealer deviously did not inform me that matte paint requires special washing by hand and avoid commercial car washes. Window sticker did not use the word “matte”. I tried to back out of sale since at my age I cannot hand wash the Palisade. They said I had signed all papers and Hyundai company would not allow cancellation. Not being able to hire an attorney, I gave up in desperation and anger! More
