Extremely disappointing service experience on my wife's 2022 KONA N ! 3 times oil change at very different inputs. Sometimes telling us we need additives, then the next time no mention of oil additives. All of the times we came in for an oil change we were told that we needed a flush of the oil in the brake. system,. That oil oil is still light yellow after 35,000 miles. Never ever have I been told 3 times that brake fluid needed change under 35,000 miles. We even were told that exhaust and inlet manifolds had to be cleaned at 30,000 miles. When we asked for the recommended maintenance schedule we were told that such documentation was not available ! At our first service we were told that we needed a new tire due to puncture as they could not indicate the spot of puncture. We refused and 3 years later we are still driving around without any problem and plenty of rubber ! The car behaves superbly but the service sucks. Please note that I was involved with the first ever Hyundai Pony car in 1976 (Giugiaro design from Italy), and that in successive years I worked on Nagdong Gang Estuary Barrage (Busan) in collaboration with Hyundai. I myself drive a much more precious car than a Hyundai Genesis G90 nowadays . I like the G90 but did not buy it as a result of the treatment that we got a Koons Woodbridge Hyundai. We will not service our KONA N any longer at Woodbridge Hyundai More

My overall experience was great and professional. I wished they were better prepared with the paper work, as I left a deposit and called ahead with the time I would arrive. My experience with Koons Hyundai Woodbridge was extremely disappointing. The level of disorganization and lack of accountability I encountered was unacceptable for any dealership. A routine administrative ta disappointing. The level of disorganization and lack of accountability I encountered was unacceptable for any dealership. A routine administrative task was handled so poorly that it created unnecessary stress, confusion, and avoidable complications on my end. What stood out the most was the inconsistency in communication. I received different answers depending on who I spoke to, and no one seemed to take ownership of the issue. Instead of resolving the problem, I was left dealing with the fallout of their mistakes. A dealership should be able to manage basic paperwork and customer service without causing additional problems for the people who trust them with their business. Based on my experience, their internal processes are sloppy, their follow‑through is unreliable, and their customer support lacks the professionalism you would expect. I would strongly caution others to pay close attention to the details and double‑check everything if you choose to work with this location. More

I will never come back to KOONS again. Not for service or service. My car was damaged from trying to,get into a bay that was not enough room and your guy sat on his butt while it happened Not for service or service. Service here has always been great when I schedule maintenance service. There has been a couple of times where I wasn't pleased. I took my car in due to my horn going out again, and it waited for a ve maintenance service. There has been a couple of times where I wasn't pleased. I took my car in due to my horn going out again, and it waited for a very long time only to find out that my keys were sitting at the desk. I had to go up and ask and the rep realize that they keys had just been sitting there and no one came to let me know that my car was ready. After picking up my car I then started getting the text messages that my care was ready. One other time the service team put in my mileage wrong (they put in 60+ thousand miles and my care didn't even have 35k miles)and it looks like I skipped mileage maintenance services. When I called they told me that it would be corrected when I came for my next scheduled maintenance, however, it was never corrected. I can still check and it looks like I skipped two maintenance oil changes and went straight to over 60k miles service. More
