I am usually very pleased with the service I receive here. The waiting room is convenient, and the check-in process is easy and efficient. My concern is the amount of time it takes for service to be completed and the lack of communication during the wait. On my most recent visit, I waited for approximately three hours. When I finally went to the desk to check on my vehicle, I my car had been ready for some time, but no one had come to notify me. I also noticed that my service time had been entered as “possibly ready by 2:00 PM,” which did not reflect the actual status of my vehicle. This was disappointing and made the wait unnecessarily long. Overall, I value the service provided here, but better communication and more accurate time updates would greatly improve the customer experience. More
