Went in to have a noise looked at that was coming from front suspension area. I was worried it would be the strut, but it was diagnosed as just the front caliper needing some lubb. Excellent service technician. Everything was done according to what technician told. My only concern is the radio replacement didn’t function much better than the one taken out. The CarPlay portion doesn’t work and that is a primary reason for buying the car originally. I certainly would hate to continue owning a car where the navigation function does not work as designed. I have been pleased with Mitsubishi vehicle for well over fifteen years. I would hate to lose the confidence in Mitsubishi over a navigation feature. The bottom line I paid a price for a service and I expect it to last more than two years. I use the navigation system frequently in my travels. I’m paying for it, I expect it to be there for my use. More

I don’t recommend this dealership to anybody. They only want your money and no credibility at all. All they know is to trick people. And that’s pathetic. Do you believe in “good karma”?. When you do good to people , good things will come to you unexpectedly!. What you guys did to me will happen to you! It’s so sad! Because I even do this business in good faith. To think about it , I fed them thinking that they did what they promised me. I paid in cash the vehicle thinking they did what they have to do. I know in my heart that they intentionally did something on my cars tire bearings. They promised to detail the carpet and other stuff that needs to be done. I will pray for you. You know who you are.
