I spent a while researching online and wanted to come in to test drive a few different trims for the model I wanted. Keith took the time to explain the key differences and set up the test drives. It was like borrowing a friend’s new car; there was no added pressure, everyone was eager to help- barely felt like a car dealership. I was outside of the city and made my decision to make the purchase midweek. They offered to bring the vehicle to me and set up all the paperwork beforehand. Keith and Jamie worked together to make sure any questions I had didn’t go unmet. That type of attention to customer service is why I’ll go back there for my next Kia. I ended up coming into the dealership for the final purchase and everything was so seamless... Keith made the final arrangements with Van and I was in and out within 30 minutes. He is very knowledgeable. we decided to wait until 04/13 it was getting late and I needed to return home for work the next day.. We scheduled it for the morning and I showed up at 10 am and by noon we had completed the paper financing and I was on my way home with a new car. He made the process simple and handled everything very competently. I have purchased other cars over the years and this was the simples and fastest car purchase ever.
