Apparently some confusion on the part of the salesman, he seemed distracted during the sale. It took over 8 hours and didn’t offer a drink until it was all over. The salesman suggested the appointment time seemed distracted during the sale. It took over 8 hours and didn’t offer a drink until it was all over. The salesman suggested the appointment time, then was a half hour late. He was leaving and talking on the phone quite a bit. The second key he gave us was for a different vehicle altogether. Two days later I realized the vehicle in the loan, the insurance and the title was not the vehicle we tested, agreed to buy and had in our garage. The management was very apologetic and changed everything over to the vehicle we had which was a more expensive model than the one on the paperwork at no cost. I commend the dealership for their handling of the situation and recommend them to anyone. More
