Customer service is definitely lacking at this dealership. When an appointment is made most if not all customers expect their vehicle services to be performed in an adequate amount of time especia dealership. When an appointment is made most if not all customers expect their vehicle services to be performed in an adequate amount of time especially for an oil change. Over three hours later and a call to the dealer I learned that the car was still not ready and needed an additional 15-20 minutes. This is not the first time I have experience this. Car was not vacuumed or washed which was conducted with previous visits. Consistency is key with customer service and this dealership really lacks this. I think Volvo needs to take a look into the operations of this dealership. I would never purchase a new Volvo form this place. More
