Keith Miller sold me the car and is fantastic -- I try to say hello any time I come in. Ryan Samp was my go-to for my old car when he worked at another shop, so I know he is awesome too, even though I haven't needed to interact with him since getting my new car. Still have (and love) the car after 18 years and they have kept it up to snuff. My wife bought a CrossTrek in 2013 with similar positive experiences.
