Fixed Trunk Leak The guys at Cortese Ford did a great job. One of the service technicians had to get in the trunk and close the lid to see where the leak was. Once the The guys at Cortese Ford did a great job. One of the service technicians had to get in the trunk and close the lid to see where the leak was. Once they found out where the lead was it required a new part. They ordered the part, painted it to match the car and put it on, sealed everything up. Good as new! More

Darren is great service is always good. I have had great service at the Cortese Ford store. On the other hand my wife recently had a very bad experience at Cortese Jeep. We left the car la I have had great service at the Cortese Ford store. On the other hand my wife recently had a very bad experience at Cortese Jeep. We left the car late the previous night for an oil change and air in a tire. The next day at noon my wife checked on the status of the service. Nick the service advisor indicated that because we did not have an appointment he wasn’t sure when he would get to service her car. She had indicated she needed it by 2 pm in order to pick up our grandchildren. She told him not to bother to work on the car. and she picked it up and took it to Monroe Muffler. The work was done there in 20 minutes. We have been going to Cortese for service on this car since she purchased it in 2011. We were very disappointed because we have been using Cortese for service for 20+ years. Tim Young the previous service provider was wonderful, needless to say we will not return to Cortese Jeep.
