Car Battery To start off it was VERY Rocky. From the customer service Reps , To the managers to the service center people over at Doge as well. At first I felt as To start off it was VERY Rocky. From the customer service Reps , To the managers to the service center people over at Doge as well. At first I felt as if no one was helping and no one cared . But then I met Nick at Doge he set me up and explained everything to me . At first I had a rough start with the manager Keith at Ford due to his customer service but it was turned around and they got me squared away! And it only took 4 hours for my problem to be solved , im a happy camper! Go check em out More

Just in Time for Winter Having been out of town for the month of November, the first snow fall I encountered upon my return (and the inability to get my car up the driveway) Having been out of town for the month of November, the first snow fall I encountered upon my return (and the inability to get my car up the driveway) made me realize I needed to quickly get my snow tires on. I made a call to Cortese and they told me to bring up my car the same day, They mounted my tires and also realized my oil change was due (that observation saved me a return trip). That type of response and service is the reason that Cortese Ford is the ONLY place I will take my car. The attitude of the people you deal with is tremendous and the local WiFi allows me to work while waiting for my car. More
