Honest Inspection Took my car in for a routine NYS inspection and received honest feedback on it. It passed inspection without any additional repairs but I was informe Took my car in for a routine NYS inspection and received honest feedback on it. It passed inspection without any additional repairs but I was informed that my brakes will need replacement sometime during the next year. No pressure to replace them now was given. In fact they told me there was no urgent need to do so but to simply be aware of what to look for when the time does come. I have run across so many other repair shops that are looking for the quick buck during these required inspections that it was refreshing to hear an honest appraisal of the situation. The entire service staff was pleasant to deal with and the car was ready at the time promised to me. I won't go any other place in the future for any repair needs. More

The guys had no idea what was going on Al was working and Keith was helping. It was chaos. Keith, as a service manager, didnt know anything about what vehicles were dropped off and the cust Al was working and Keith was helping. It was chaos. Keith, as a service manager, didnt know anything about what vehicles were dropped off and the customers had to wait to pick up. He saod he doesnt work back there and was helping so i assumed he didnt even work in the service department at all. I stood there waiting to ask about a part and took forever for them to ask me what i needed. Then I asked Al about my door handle and quoted me for the handle that opens the door. I needed the plastic piece for the handle to just hold on the door to pull it closed. Then he went to help someone else and I left. I am happy about the price and it didnt take that long. More

Quick clean up Had some residual sealant around my door handles after a service visit and Talked to Keith about it, he had me come in and they fixed it while I waite Had some residual sealant around my door handles after a service visit and Talked to Keith about it, he had me come in and they fixed it while I waited.
