Over Priced Labor Vehicle was in for Recall Notice and Inspection. Needed new rear shocks for my 2010 Ford Escape to pass inspection, these were not struts where the springs needed removed and compressed, just regular 2 point fixed locations. Price per shock was OK, but Labor to install was over $225. I have been to other service garages over 40 years and Never paid this much for installation, but I needed the inspection done as it was the end of the month. I would highly question the labor rate if other work is required again. More

Not only did they do a terrific job cleaning, polishing and waxing the vehicle but after I made the appointment I received (2) confirmations of the time and date; after dropping off the vehicle, I received a text asking if while we were waiting was there anything else they could do to make the wait more pleasant then, the shuttle brought my husband to work.
