Keith Rynda was my sales person and was very helpful with my decision. He wasn't pushy and was very concerned that I buy exactly the truck my wife and I wanted. I did a lot of the dealing over the phone and they were very easy to get a hold of and were very good at returning calls. The paperwork went very smoothly also with all of the other employees that I worked with there. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from new Prague Ford. I've always been happy with the services and sales process. During my last purchase we looked at several options. The sales team was more than willing to consider each option and gladly took the extra time to make sure we made the right selection. I'm was happy with the price, warrantee and they found the best possible loan option, saving me additional money. During a previous purchase I was skeptical about purchasing a warrantee on a used truck. The sales manager took the extra time to explain my options and I decided to add the warrantee to my agreement. I'm so glad that they helped me with the selection. To date their attention to detail has saved me almost $2,000. I would and have recommend Keith and the sales team at New Prague Ford to anyone. More

From the time I walked in the building to the time I drove out of there in my new car I felt I was in good hands. I do not know much about cars so I brought my son with to help me. They informed me of everything I needed to know, and answered all the questions my son had without hesitation. They were very friendly and we met more than just the salesman while we were there.
