My husband came out first. Was able to bring a car home to pick me up after I got home from work. We drove actually two cars for a test drive. It was as simple as it could be working with Keith, I emailed him what i was looking for, he told me that I would probably have to order that, which i was fine with. When it came in it was just as I ordered, he had all the paperwork ready and the deal was done. I was there for less than a hour. The business manager was very knowledgeable on the financing and the extended warranty programs. Everyone in the place seemed so laid back and easy to work with. I would definitely go back. Spoke to Keith over the phone and with in 2 hours he had the truck i wanted and ready to go for me when i came in to look at it.
