The words that come to mind for this review are as follows: Honesty, dignity, compassion and integrity. What started out as an unexpected request for a service department to look at my car, (after be follows: Honesty, dignity, compassion and integrity. What started out as an unexpected request for a service department to look at my car, (after being sent away from another service department in town) turned into a situation where I felt like every employee from the top down worked together and took a special interest in me and my family. I did not want to ask for help, and I did not want to be in the boat I was in. However, this entire dealership team took the time to really look at my circumstances and provide a non-predatory caring solution that would keep me safe with a brighter long-term outcome. Being three hours from home, as a sole parent in an unpleasant situation turned into hope, with a committed client for life. Keth Schoolfield & Kevin Osborne in particular were beyond legendary with the care, communication, and service they provided to me. There is great significance in our actions, and how we treat others. These individuals shattered the "car dealer" stereotype to pieces with their thoughtfulness and consideration. They are amazing.
