Let me start by saying this was one of the most frustrating, maddening car-buying experiences I’ve ever had and it all came down to one person: salesman Wil Finlinson. His communication was absolut frustrating, maddening car-buying experiences I’ve ever had and it all came down to one person: salesman Wil Finlinson. His communication was absolutely horrible from start to finish. I was so pissed off and annoyed with how he handled things that I was literally seconds away from walking away from the entire deal. If it wasn’t for my wife calming me down and convincing me to push forward, this deal would have never gone through. The sad part is, I told multiple people I was unhappy with him, and yet they still kept pushing him on me as “my salesman.” That was beyond frustrating. When you’re making a major purchase like this, the last thing you need is a salesman who clearly lacks basic communication skills and customer care. He needs serious training, because what he has right now is NOT it. Now, credit where it’s due; the finance team was excellent. They explained everything clearly, laid out the deal in a way I could understand, and made me feel like they actually cared about earning my business. That’s the only reason this purchase didn’t completely fall apart. On top of that, since I purchased an EV (and really this should go for any first-time EV customer), GM needs to step up and offer some type of discount, promotion, or incentive on accessories. It would go a long way toward supporting new EV owners making this transition. Overall, I will buy from Ray Skillman GMC again; but never, ever with that salesman. I won’t put myself through that kind of headache again. More

Bad paint job on a new truck Went into the dealer traded my truck in on a new 2016 canyon, After I had it noticed that the driver side had some paint problems, Took it back 4 Tim Went into the dealer traded my truck in on a new 2016 canyon, After I had it noticed that the driver side had some paint problems, Took it back 4 Times then I was told if I didn't like the truck Trade it there was nothing else they were going to do, But I was told by the manger that they had a problem with the paint on several trucks, I got a hold of GMC main office and they said sorry, But didn't do a thing I was told even by the service department that they could see the problem but there was nothing more they could do. I had it less than 3 months which in that time it was in the shop 4 times 1 time for about 4 day's the truck had 4700 miles on it and I was told well we cant help you because your upside down REALLY 4 months old yes it was upside down but not that bad? so the truck was very pretty but paint, so if you buy here make sure you look at it real good I have traded the truck not gm product but I don't have to look at it and pay 36000.00 for something that was bad , shouldn't you have been upfront or try to keep the customer ? Chris Really is a hard person to deal with when I went back he said I don't see what your talking about lol, I was told to take it to service and the service writer said I would be pissed also, He said he's just a sales man and really doesn't have a clue. So now I'm really happy with my new RAM, Thank you they did what you couldn't do WOW and I thought that you folk's were the best I know this will not matter to you and probably will never get posted but you will never see me there again. P.S. can you take me off your mailing list Thank you. Tell Mr. Ray he probably needs to have a under cover customer come in and really see what's going on when they have a problem. And Keith is the one who told me about the paint problem, But when we tried to trade he said well it's not worth what you owe. More

Got asked if I could even afford a GM product. This is by far the most disrespectful dealership I have ever been to. The "manager" Keith came up to my wife and I without any negotiations and asked if we could even afford a GM product. They didn't want to work with us or discuss our options. All we did was drive a truck and then got treated to this idiot. My wife and I will never by a vehicle for Ray Skillman again, and we are returning customers and got treated this way. Unfortuantly for them I work for the biggest company in Indiana and a all user email will be sent out about this experience. More

I initially spoke with a salesman and we could not come to an agreement. A couple days later, I emailed an offer for a 2013 GMC Acadia. They accepted the deal via voicemail AND email. I arrived to the d to an agreement. A couple days later, I emailed an offer for a 2013 GMC Acadia. They accepted the deal via voicemail AND email. I arrived to the dealership to close the deal and they had only included half of the deal in the write up. The sales manager indicated the sales rep made a mistake and he was not willing to stand by the deal, that the rep said was approved by the GMC manager. The sales manager acknowledged he understood the deal that I had proposed, but there was some mis-communication between the rep and the sales manager's boss when it was kicked up to him. I emailed the dealership general manager twice, the last one more than a week ago, and have not received a response from him. I'm very disappointed with their unwillingness to stand by a deal that was negotiated in good faith. More
