We were recommended this dealership by one DSP. Melinda was helpful at first a she was presented as someone who’s knowledgeable about Amazon fleet mechanic program. Afterwards, we sent another van on what seems to be an easy fix. The dealership and Amazon did not come to an agreement on the invoice amount and instead of finding a compromise, she kept complaining and was rude and unprofessional when I requested an update through our created group text in what’s up. I am very unsatisfied with her customer service and her inability to resolve a simple issue! She was jeopardizing this relationship and the dealership’s credibility for just a few hundreds dollars. Dealing with Agnes was a good experience. She always kept it professional they always kept me in the loop. But he helped me out big time after I had my rotors and brakes go down only a couple months after purchasing the vehicle. He made it good. But it was things like no floor mats promised & didn't have a full tank of gas when I pulled outta there.Oil change showed as 1500 miles already had been driven on the vehicle since the last one. He show me some print out that it was all done, etc. but the icon or app that you click on to show all this schematics showed it haven't not been changed for 1500 miles. So whatever.. Many things . Mr. Fitzgerald was just not on top of it. And I hate giving poor reviews, but it just was not a good experience with that guy. More
