We had a scheduled appointment for service. Our employee brought the brand new truck there as scheduled. He sat there for 30 minutes and then was told, we don't have the part for the job! This is basic stuff to have covered when an appointment was made weeks in advance. I felt the work was also overpriced! They gave us a 10% discount due to the screw up......LOL! My employee's time cost us more. More

Went to Family Ford of Enfield for a recall and the "works"on my 2017 Ford Edge. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up. Told them my name. That, I had an appointment at a certain time. They told me to h "works"on my 2017 Ford Edge. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up. Told them my name. That, I had an appointment at a certain time.
