2020 was a disasterous year for me. I am very fragile as i heal. I was stressed when i realized the car had had no service in 2019. Your staff was polite. They could have opened up & given more explanation i heal. I was stressed when i realized the car had had no service in 2019. Your staff was polite. I bought a used Ford Fusion with 25,000 miles. I drove it for 500 miles and found out it needed a new power steering rack. The quote was $2200 which is about 25% of the cost of the car.
