Ms. Kelli was busy. I found her to be rude, cutting me off and not allowing me to finish my thoughts. It was my opinion that she was frustrated with me asking questions and needing clarity as it pertaine off and not allowing me to finish my thoughts. She also delivered on the pick up time. It was within reason(4:30 - 5:00pm -perfect for my work schedule). As far as her curbside manners, I was not impressed. And would not like to have her again. They previously charged me $127 for an after market part from O'Reilly's that they paid $59 for at the most. And this last project they wanted to charge me over $8000 for the same thing I had done for $4500 from O'Reilly's that they paid $59 for at the most. I still had to pay another charge for having them to reverse my tires rotate. I was not happy about that. Kelli did tell me I might feel a difference but did not tell me I would hear a loud rubbing nois reverse my tires rotate. I was not happy about that. She did recommend I don't rotate but I also feel like your people should be a lot more reassuring because a lot of people like myself don't have a clue about cars and if she would of been just a little more pushy and told me you should not do it I would not have done it. I also feel like for the $240 price I paid I didn't get the full deal so I actually should of paid a lot less. But Kelli was great. More
