My car was taken in at the time of the appointment, the warranty recall was addressed, and Zac kept me informed on when my car would be finished while I was in the waiting area. I bought my car from anoth warranty recall was addressed, and Zac kept me informed on when my car would be finished while I was in the waiting area. I bought my car from another dealership in the Valley, but their communication and service were horrible. I'm happy I gave Gateway my business and will continue to do so. More

Service manager wants me to pay half for a repair they have done when I bought the car. Worst experiences at a dealership. 1st oil change my car was new I had oil stains on my seats and door panels called and complained, no resolution I had the interior detailed myself. 1st oil change my car was new I had oil stains on my seats and door panels called and complained, no resolution I had the interior detailed myself. 2nd oil change filter put on incorrectly leaked oil over new pavers in my driveway, returned to dealership no apologies nothing I complained about my 2 hr drive there and gas. I had to argue for a complimentary oil change. Last oil change I explained I only wanted an oil change no wash no tire rotation. The prior day I purchased new tires. My bill had a charge for tire rotation. I actually had a car accident due to noone making me aware my tire tread the last oil change was low, hit a water puddle and hit gaurd rail. I will never return to a dealership in future ill find a reputable service center in queen creek az. More
