danbalderas602, We thank you for the review. We are sorry that you are unhappy with our offer. There are a few items we would like to point out with your requested repairs. The damage areas we repaired that were there when you took delivery of your new vehicle. you were unhappy with the repair due to the fact you have had the vehicle for a extend period time after purchase. Well over 1000 miles. And were a large amount of rock chips that have been added since your delivery. Because we document all damage at the point of delivery. You are wanting us to repair all of your damage. We are asking for you to contribute to the repair cost for that reason.
