Worst service experience of my life. Dropped my vehicle off on the 4th for simple oil change and new tires that I scheduled two weeks in advance online. Was told by my service advisor that they weren’t awa off on the 4th for simple oil change and new tires that I scheduled two weeks in advance online. Was told by my service advisor that they weren’t aware I wanted tires, even though it’s in the notes on the work order, and the card will be there overnight. He will call me I. The morning with estimate on the tires. Strike one but fair so I leave. He calls at 10am the next day. I missed the call and returned call within 2 minutes. He was unavailable and the receptionist aka gatekeeper took a message. I hadn’t heard back by 5pm, so I called back. This time the gatekeeper was very short with me. “He’s very busy sir, he’ll call you back” at this time I let her know it’s been all day and was waiting on estimate for tires. The next day (Saturday) rolls around and I get a passive aggressive text from my service advisor “ Hey buddy. I called and left a few messages. I have the Cruze oil change all done and worked a few tire estimates up for you. I will not be back in until Monday. If you need the vehicle this weekend I will not be here but I will make sure the vehicle is ready for pick up. Reply STOP to OptOut.” At this point I get upset. No he did not leave me a few messages. He called once and never returned my call. At this point I call the service department at 10:20am and my service advisor isn’t there. I demand to speak to a manager. I get Kelly on the phone. She hears me out. Agrees that the ball was dropped and assures me she will personally follow up Monday morning first thing. She even made a big deal that it would be before I start work at 8:30. 10:30 am Monday I get a call from my service advisor. He pretends like nothing ever happened and gives me the estimate. I play along and agree to the suggested tires and alignment. He says they are going to get on it immediately. He calls me back at 3:30 saying the tire warehouse was down a driver so he just got the tires and running out of time so he’ll get back to me the next morning. I just need up having to call at 12:30 on my lunch break. Guess what everyone there is also on their lunch break lol. Great idea! Take off when your customers are most available to talk lol. I’m instructed by gatekeeper to call back in 30 mins. 1:48pm Again I call in. Get Zack on the phone. Car still isn’t ready. Just got tires mounted. Needs alignment. 3:30pm car is ready. Totally unacceptable in my opinion for simple service. I expect more from my dealership. I’m fiercely loyal GM owner. Only brand I’ve ever owned. I bought this car from Gateway. Extremely disappointed. More
