This is laughable as this was posted after several attempts/contacts from Kelli the service manager. Her solution was to offer me a free “regular” oil change, and an outside ONLY car wash if I purchase 4 new tires for another vehicle. The funniest part is they know what vehicle and offered regular oil for a car that requires synthetic!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! All they have done is waste my time on the phone and offer services that would void my warranty to make up for a horrible experience. THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT CAPABLE OF SERVICING YOUR GM TO FACTORY STANDARDS!!! In fact they will inconvenience you and offer you subpar services that aren’t even up to GM standards and when there is a problem they make excuses like “Sorry I didn’t call I lost my voice” and “sorry but someone called out at the tire warehouse so maybe tomorrow”. You literally couldn’t make this up if you tried. Insane. Run far away.
