Seriously. The prior week was so disasterous I expected this to be more of the same. Just another individual who’s going to take my name and number. But to my surprise it went fast smoothe and Kelly even found the lost key fob I informed her about! My vote is for Kelly Henry all the way. Thank you for making me a believer in Toyota again!!! Awesome job as always!!! I had a million problems with my car this year as I drove 25k miles for the year including personal business trips with stops o Chicago and florida. I I had a million problems with my car this year as I drove 25k miles for the year including personal business trips with stops o Chicago and florida. I had to bring my car to Toyota 4 days!!! In a row an average of only 2 hours per day and they fixed every last one of the factory codes from the Japanese mothership canisters fluids emissions pressure, 4wd etcetera.
