This was a very nice experience. I would have happily given them 5 stars but they just couldn't give me three days to take the car home and get it checked by my own mechanic. Kelly said the company could given them 5 stars but they just couldn't give me three days to take the car home and get it checked by my own mechanic. Kelly said the company couldn't because they don't know the mechanic and that he could say anything. That seems like a flimsy excuse as I don't know their mechanic but was ready to step out in faith and buy the car. Anyway, I liked the car and I bought it and a week later I'm still happy. Through it all Lincoln Newton, the salesman I worked with, and Kelly were respectful and very helpful (except in the above situation...LOL). I bought a Prius 4 with 34K miles. Drives like a dream! Kelly and Cole were very nice and made us very comfortable and there was no pressure. That's a big difference from other dealerships and one that I really appreciate. A couple days ago I tried a similar vehicle out at Alderman's in Rutland and the experience was awful. To the point that I will never go there again. The manager was overly pushy and just plain arrogant. Thank you again and when we are in the market for another Toyota, we will come to see you guys first. More
