Kelly was especially helpful, and was a pleasure from start to finish. Everything promised was delivered as agreed. Another manager - Anthony Gjekaj - who was there on the day I took delivery of my car, was also extremely pleasant and helpful. I'm not kidding. I write almost no online reviews, and I have no connection to or interest in Rivera Toyota - in fact, I live outside NY State. I'm writing because treatment like this from a dealer is rare (I kind of wonder if Mariano's class is setting the tone for tis biz...), and I'm happy to let others know that this is a dealer - and a salesperson - worth seeking out. Great experience! I just recently purchased a car on my own for the first time.
