Kelly was especially helpful, and was a pleasure from start to finish. Everything promised was delivered as agreed. Another manager - Anthony Gjekaj - who was there on the day I took delivery of my car, was also extremely pleasant and helpful. I'm not kidding. I write almost no online reviews, and I have no connection to or interest in Rivera Toyota - in fact, I live outside NY State. I'm writing because treatment like this from a dealer is rare (I kind of wonder if Mariano's class is setting the tone for tis biz...), and I'm happy to let others know that this is a dealer - and a salesperson - worth seeking out. More

Great experience! I just recently purchased a car on my own for the first time. I expressed to Angelo that I wanted something safe in the snow, as I commute to the Bronx for work daily. He right away suggested the RAV4 and set me up with Kelly to begin the purchasing process. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. After test driving the RAV4 I felt confident that this was the car for me!
