Great experience I was looking for a new midsize sedan. I had heard nice things about Subaru cars offering better overall value than other competitors so I decided to I was looking for a new midsize sedan. I had heard nice things about Subaru cars offering better overall value than other competitors so I decided to test drive a 2016 Subaru Legacy. Kelly Thomas at Gerald Subaru was great in walking me through the features and the test drive. I was impressed by the overall offerings (standard all wheel drive, backup camera, safety rating etc.). I was looking for a particular price point to go ahead with this car. Kelly worked with me diligently to get the limited model that I was interested in. She was able to get the car from another dealership's stock within a day, and at a price point close to what I was looking for. I had a great experience with my purchase and would recommend this dealership. More

While shopping by myself I was pleasantly surprised to see a female I've received an excellent service while purchasing my next Subaru (Legacy 2013). While shopping by myself I was pleasantly surprised to see a female salesperson. Kelly Thomas was extremely helpful, very friendly and made me feel comfortable to ask any "silly" questions about the car I was interested in. The whole experience made me feel at ease and I was able to make a puchasing decision without being pushed or pressured. Kelly spent a lot of time with me and my wife both in person and via internet exchanges always either directly answering our questions or researching to find the answers as the 2017 Outback at this juncture was really new to the marketplace and even Subaru's web site had limited information. I am hoping that my favorable purchase experience continues through my servicing of my vehicle over time. Time will tell! More
