Once I settled on the Ridgeline, Bob gave me a great deal. The buying process was fun, relaxed and even comical especially when he brought out the latex examination glove. My new truck was presented to me beautifully with Bob customizing all optional functions to my preference. My new Ridgeline is the PERFECT mid-sized truck. Kelsea was patient, helpful and personable. The repair is w nice, too 5 Stars for the people at Honda Windward. the Company: The two month wait for my car to come in was unreasonable and I feel Honda (the company, not the dealership) could have done something to buffer that disappointment. The use of a loaner was very helpful but would have been much happier using it for only a week or so. I would not have chosen to drive that particular car, though. Information on Honda website is lacking. Too much information is either missing or outdated, but f it’s applicable to specific car.
