After talking with him, I knew I wanted to buy a car through him, even if it meant taking him with me to another dealer for a different car. it I really like the HR-V! Kelsea was patient, helpful and personable. The repair is w nice, too 5 Stars for the people at Honda Windward. the Company: The two month wait for my car to come in was unreasonable and I feel Honda (the company, not the dealership) could have done something to buffer that disappointment. The use of a loaner was very helpful but would have been much happier using it for only a week or so. I would not have chosen to drive that particular car, though. Information on Honda website is lacking. Too much information is either missing or outdated, but f it’s applicable to specific car.
